In this course you will go home feeling relaxed , renewed & refreshed. Using safe and effective methods for providing a thorough Integrative Massage, we will demonstrate the massaging of antagonist muscles, because it is important to work on both the back and front of muscle groups since they are interconnected. Combining modalities such as Polarity Therapy, Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Tui-Na medical massage, you will learn a massage routine that you can add to your practice.
We can heal naturally, the body’s cells remember, the body knows how to replenish. The more massage we get, the easier it is for the body to relax.
